Microsoft has released New Windows 11 update could make it an iPad killer software previews that will make operating systems on tablet devices, and 2-in-1 laptops even better.

As DigitalTrends reports, Windows 11 Internal Preview Build 22563, recently released for people who signed up for the latest versions of Windows 11 to test, upgrades the task bar on tablets and 2-in-1 devices.

In the new version, the taskbar now has two regions: folded and extended mode. When the task bar rolls in, it looks very thin, gives you a screen space and helps prevent accidental pressure of the task bar buttons.

As it is currently in Preview Build, it means that always Windows 11 users will not see it yet. However, if the test goes well and there is a positive response from Windows Insider, we may see a feature from the New Windows 11 update could make it an iPad killer in the future.

Update: Microsoft tablet wishes are still available

This new update indicates that Microsoft tablet’s preferences remain unaffected. While its rivals Apple and Google have achieved great success with tablet devices, Microsoft has yet to do the same. Its efforts to take the powerful iPad and gain a share of the tablet market into a mixed bag.

There was an unpopular Windows 8, which downloaded the old Windows interface, including the task bar and Start menu, to have a virtual interface with the main features intended for tablet use. The problem was, Windows 8 tablets were not ignored, and desktop and laptop users hated to tolerate the visual interface built-in touch screens they did not have.

Microsoft has achieved more success with its Surface Pro line of 2-in-1 devices, next to Windows 10, which has a more balanced interface with a better interface for traditional PCs, while still having tablet mode.

However, the sale of Surface Pro remains after the sale of the iPad and Android tablet, but it seems Microsoft is not giving up. If Windows 11 continues to emerge to work even better on tablet devices, this could be Microsoft’s best bet for Apple and Google.
