We also experienced it while trying to listen to music that was aired from MacBook Air to AirPods Pro.

How To Set Up One Airpod No Sound?

  1. Connect AirPods to Mac and open System Preferences.
  2. Click Sounds.
  3. In the Output section, select AirPods from the list of available audio output devices.
  4. Check the balance settings. If the cursor is left or right, one AirPod is muted or will not sound as loud as the other. Put the balance cursor in.
