Apple has released a few days ago iOS 15.1.1 with only one major change, iOS 15.1.1 RELEASED JAILBREAK Status & Important UPDATE Info!? A fix for calls dropping bugs on iPhone 13 and iPhone 12. The update is only available for those devices and it should be pretty safe to update if you’re already on iOS 15.1. For those who wanna jailbreak, if you’re on iOS 15.1 you may update to iOS 15.1.1, but if you’re running iOS 14.8 or lower please stay as low as possible because iOS 15 isn’t currently a good candidate for a jailbreak.

The bugs causing call drops seem to only affect the A14 and A15 devices, as there’s no such update available for iPhone 11, iPhone XS, and so on. Still, do not update to iOS 15.1 either on those devices because while there are jailbreak exploits demonstrated, they were not yet released so you may have a lot of time to wait if you update.
