Make your own Memoji
To get started, open the Messaging dialog and press the Animoji icon (the one with the monkey face). You will see an Animoji line appear — swipe all the way to the left and then tap the merge icon. From here customize the various features to make your Memoji look just like you. (Or you may not like it! Keep making your aunt’s digital version if you want to. She would probably enjoy that.)
Customize your Memoji skin, hair extensions, head shape, eyes, nails, nose, lips, ears, facial hair, eyewear, and headgear. Whatever color you choose — skin, hair, glasses, or hat — the slide tool lets you choose the right shade for your blue skin and hair.
Share your Memoji
Once you have created your Memoji, you will want to share it. Note that if you select Memoji, your TrueDepth iPhone or iPad Pro camera can make your avatar animate in any way you do. Extract your language and your Memoji will follow the same.
To record a Memoji video, tap the big red button to capture up to 30 seconds. Swipe left or right to switch to another Memoji or Animoji. You can also share your Memoji as a sticker. To do this, tap and hold it, then drag it to the message chat.
Another fun option: Take a snapshot of Memoji using a messaging camera Avatar – Memoji Studio App For iPhone. Just tap the camera icon on the left of the input box, then tap the star icon in the lower left corner to display the Animoji icon. Tap that and select the Memoji or Animoji you would like to replace your face with the photo you took.
